Description :
Nandan Quitrust DW 60, DW 90 & DW 120 are soft film, solvent deposited and water-displacing type rust preventives. These oils have excellent spreading properties and can be applied directly either by dipping or by spraying. The film formed by these oils can be removed easily by wiping by rags soaked in kerosene/ mineral turpentine or by suitable degreasing methods.

Nandan Quitrust DW 60
This grade is intended for uses during inter process rust prevention of components and parts requiring rust prevention up to 30 days in indoor storage. This product allows the components to be directly coated with the rust preventive even if there is carry over water from the machining operations.
Nandan Quitrust DW 90
This grade of rust preventive forms a soft tacky film, which has good film strength and can withstand transportation of coated components. This grade provides rust prevention for a period of 90 days in outdoor storage and 9 months during indoor storage of components. It has excellent resistant to salt water spray and can be used for protection of highly finished components even during transporting of components by sea.
Nandan Quitrust DW 120
This rust preventive leaves a thick tacky film on the components and is suitable for use on components meant for final storage in warehouses and factory stores. This grade has dewatering properties and needs to be applied by dipping.
