Nandan Petrochem Limited (NPL) has access to the latest technology in Oils and Greases by virtue of being the oldest & largest contract manufacturer in the Country.
Nandan Petrochem Ltd (NPL) was established in the year 1992 with the object of manufacturing and marketing of Automotive & Industrial Lubricating Oils, Greases, Speciality Products, etc. The scope also included contract blending & filling for Multi-national companies (MNCs) and public sector undertakings (PSU) operating in India, besides import of Base Oils & finished products from techo-commercially competent overseas sources, meeting Indian Industry's requirements.
NPL has two plants located at Taloja, Dist.Raighad, so far engaged in MNC Contracts and assisting the top-notch MNCs like Catlex, Mobile, Total, Gulf, TataBP, etc. in rolling out their best brands to the market.
NPL also has another plant at Silvasa exclusively for manufacturing its own branded Automotive & Industrial lubricants, metal working oils, specilaity products, greases, etc. This plant enjoys the locational advantage of being in a Tax Free Zone, which gets full exemption from Sales Tax (against submission of Form "C") and which will result in 20% reduction in the final price.
The total capacity of all the three plants on single shift basis is around 80,000 MT per annum. All the plants are equipped with state-of-the-art laboratories and manufacturing facilities. Our entire production culture, including Quality Assurance, is tuned to the style of MNCs and the performance of our products at optimum level is guaranteed at all times.
Our lubricants have already been approved by Ashok Leyland, Kirloskar Oil Engines, Grindwell Norton Ltd., Kinetic Engineering Ltd., Volvo VDS -II, Simpson & Co. Ltd., TVS Motor co. Ltd., Hindustan Motors Ltd., Pithampur, Tractor and Farm Equipment Ltd. (TAFE) and State Owned Enterprises (SOEs) like BEST - to name a few.
In addition, NPL is currently manufacturing and supplying Genuine Oils for OEMs like Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd., Greaves Cotton Ltd., Kinetic Engineering Ltd., etc.
NPL has two associate companies - Nandan Impex Pvt. Ltd. (NIPL), engaged in the manufacture of HDPE Containers and Nandan Roadlines, engaged in surface transport of Base Oils and finished lubricating oils. Thus, NPL is involved in all spheres of the lubricants industry.
